Gabriel Beck I am the mother of Gabriel Beck who is now serving in Afghanistan. Gabe is part of the Tactical Air Combat Patrol team of the Air Force. He is station in Italy and arrived in Afghanistan on Monday. He joined the Air Force over two years ago and was stationed for training all over the US before Italy. As a mother I am so proud of my son and cannot in words describe the love I have for him and admiration for his courage to enter into the service and serve our great country. As a child Gabe was never afraid to take risks and do things others were afraid to do. Now as a man he is continuing that. I am sure that is one of the reasons he entered the service. He is also the type with little words does not like attention drawn to him; and does more in action for others. Dan (his step dad) and I are deeply touched by what he is doing for our country and also by all the other young men and women who are risking their lives for us. |
