I am "Hawkeye", Dan M, nicknamed by President Gene himself.
I am on staff here at VFVC.net because of President Gene as he has inspired me with his passion for helping all others, especially brother and sister veterans.
Over the years I have come to know Gene to say what he means and to mean what he says.
I can count on him myself to motivate, encourage and place me into a position to helping others.
He has and uses the passion for others in a straight and upright way to get whatever needs to be done for anyone that has a need.
He seeks truth and strives to make any wrongs right as we are all under one GOD as brothers and sisters in fellowship.

In spite of his visual impairment, I've seen him get many wonderful things done. He has made a difference in my life.
